Graceful Exits: Practicing with Chronic Illness and Death
A Day-long Online Retreat
May 16, 2026
11:00 am - 3:30 pm US Eastern Time
Online, via Zoom
Illness is ever-present in human life. Death is a certainty none can evade. In this daylong, we will learn about conditioned and unconditioned views of illness and death. We will practice meditations to assist in these life-challenging experiences and open to the truth of life unfolding as illness and death.
This daylong will include Dharma talks, guided meditations, 15-minute breaks, and ample time for questions or comments among the group.
Suitable for beginning meditators, as well as those in the intermediate and advanced groups.
This event will be recorded. If you are unable to attend live, signing up will give you access to the recording afterwards.
