Sep 13, 2026
11:00 am - 3:30 pm US Eastern Time
Online, via Zoom
Off the Cushion Practices
In this daylong we will explore the “off-the-cushion” practices of the brahma viharas, the Absolute Heart qualities. These qualities are: equanimity, empathetic joy, compassion, and unborn love. This will be a daylong of steeping in these heart qualities while learning how to engage these in our daily life.
This daylong will include Dharma talks, guided meditations, 15-minute breaks, and ample time for questions or comments among the group.
Suitable for beginning meditators, as well as those in the intermediate and advanced groups.
This event will be recorded. If you are unable to attend live, signing up will give you access to the recording afterwards.
