Buddha's Heart: Meditation Practices for Developing Well-Being, Love, and Empathy

Join us for an online day of compassion and acceptance practice.  The day will be led by Stephen Mugen Snyder, Roshi and his student, Mark Shindo Johnson, for the Providence Mindfulness Community of Practice and anyone else who wishes to join.

Practicing acceptance and compassion is a time-tested way to boost well-being and reduce stress. Practicing regularly increases capacity for forgiveness, connection to others, self-acceptance and more.

This daylong will include Dharma talks, guided meditations, 15-minute breaks, and ample time for questions or comments among the group.

Suitable for beginning meditators, as well as those in the intermediate and advanced groups.

This event will not be recorded.
