Gratitude practice highlights the unbroken connection with all of life. We can see how we have been tenderly cared for and supported in every aspect of our life. Generosity involves being open-hearted in giving and receiving. It touches on scarcity and abundance. Forgiveness practice allows us to seek forgiveness, offer forgiveness while releasing the hurt, anger, and hatred we can carry from past wrongs. Each of these practices support wise open-heartedness.

The format of the daylong includes:

  • talks on our inherent heart qualities, instruction on supportive meditations and practices
  • group discussion on the practices and experiences
  • and ample opportunity for questions or comments with Stephen
