One-on-Ones
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before, or “no shows” are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the original booking fee. Otherwise cancellations are subject to an 8% processing fee (due to the manual work and the fees we pay Stripe to offer refunds). Refunds for one-on-ones aren’t automatically issued, please email [E-Address: hello | awakeningdharma] for refund.
- Rescheduling can be completed using the Calendly links that were provided in your invite. Please use those links. Emailing is not necessary.
Online Programs

Self-Pace Courses

Single or Multi-Day Retreats
- Cancellation requests submitted 7+ days before the start date will result in a full refund of your payment, less an 8% processing fee (due to the manual work and the fees we pay Stripe to offer refunds).
- Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the retreat start date except in rare circumstances of medical necessity or emergency.
Multi-month Mentoring Series
- Cancellation requests submitted 7+ days before the start date will result in a full refund of your payment, less an 8% processing fee. Cancellation is self-service (see directions). For students paying monthly it is easy to cancel any time.
- Payments are non-refundable within 7 days of the retreat start date except in rare circumstances of medical necessity or emergency.
Teaching Training Programs
- Cancellation requests submitted 30+ days before the start date will result in a full refund of your payment, less the first month’s tuition.
- Payments are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat start date except in rare circumstances of medical necessity or emergency.
Residential Retreats
Cancellation results in either a partial refund or no refund. These are very small retreats and there is a trade-off between a less generous cancellation policy or higher retreat costs for everyone. We’ve opted to keep retreat costs down and ensure that when people sign-up, they are committed.
- Cancellation requests submitted more than 90 days before the retreat start date will result in a refund of payment, less a fee equal to 8% of the full registration fee (due to the manual work and the fees we pay Stripe to offer refunds).
- Cancellation requests submitted 90 days or fewer before the retreat start date will result in a forfeit of the full registration fee.
